A Hole in the Roof?

So earlier along in all this work there was a lot of lifting and moving  from one spot to another and I used the picaroonsDSCF2817 to help manage the wood at deferent stages wihich involves piercing. A hole, or evidence of the process is not necessarily a problem, but care should be taken when making holes so they will not negatively effect the capacity of the eventual shingles to perform optimally. That’s why I grabbed it in the sap wood area that gets cut back before the shingles go up.
